We welcome you to The Talley, a newly renovated bar and performance venue offering a cozy atmosphere, warm conversation, and an open stage. We invite performers to join us on stage to put on a spectacular show for our patrons— one which we promise you will not leave disappointed.The bar is always open and staffed with an NPC (Jeo) for the sake of convenience. Come and stay for as long as you like.Criminal or otherwise shady elements are through connection-based RP only. Due to the nature of these themes, we require members to be 18+ (both IC and OOC.)

Nico'to Taatalir
Call him Nico, or Nic. He is the Talley's proprietor and head of Tenebrous. He's a clanless Keeper born of the Shroud. A puckish rogue, arrogant with quite a mouth on him — you'll find he favors operating in the shadows than he would standing in the spotlight.
Tehro'to Tzaraaki
Head of Security for the Talley. You might not see him but he certainly sees you. An enigma to most, the man is often seen wearing thick layers and sporting a heavy gunblade on his back. Partial to drink and 'other' impairing substances, Tehro is probably the guy your mother warned you about.
Tetsuro Wulf
Tetsuro Wulf, known widely as the 'Azure Kitsune' for his excellency in bounty hunting as a samurai, as well as an entertainer and host on the side. The fox has a knack for brewing his own sake of many kinds. He's always ready to meet new faces and form connections through his charming character.
Xiaohu Cao
She’s slick enough to make you feel like a few million gil pieces for the night, and just maybe not question how many other people walked away feeling the same. The effortless charisma of this bartender aside, take care of what you say in the bar’s vicinity. Xiaohu has sharp hearing and an even sharper tongue, and the Talley takes no responsibility for any burns on premise.
Jeopoux Toufomeur (NPC)
Jeopoux, or Jeo, for short, is the Talley's resident master mixologist and then some. He is always ready to serve any paying customer of the Talley, and happy to lend an open ear for those who need one.

On hand as Security, the Seeker has no qualms about tossing undesirables out on their ass. With a short fuse and stern glower, U'vi doesn't take kindly to even the smallest of annoyances. While the man does have his own vices, it's best to just leave him be unless there is a drink in his hand.
Rhaya Mhakaracca
Rhaya, more commonly known as Ray for their sunny disposition, is just a washed up Drag Queen-turned-Vintner looking to sell wine. Come for the drinks, stay for the brutal insults about your outfit. That's it. That's the description.
V'rikya Tia
Usually reserved, V'rikya is the kind of man to try and read someone before they even greet him. A user of Magicks, the only impulsive decision he makes is a bet. He tends to hide himself behind an amicable character, just don't stand too close.

A message from the proprietor:In preparation for Endwalker, The Talley and TN-RP will be closed for Open Stage nights until 2022.Additionally, the Talley may be undergoing some changes and renovations to make the space a bit more RP-friendly. This will happen after the release of Endwalker, of course, but in the meantime, we offer our space as a venue or as an RP spot for anyone that would like to host an event of their own! Please do not hesitate to reach out — we are happy to lend our stage!

OUT OF CHARACTER
Due to our Free Company's focus catering to more mature themes, this venue is for 18+ individuals only, OOC & ICly. If we find this rule has been violated, your character(s) will be blacklisted and banned from future events with no exceptions.
We do our best to protect our patrons and provide a comfortable space for performers and patrons alike, but we note that our shows can potentially include descriptive use of text regarding dark or uncomfortable themes within the performances.
As we do not wish to censor anyone, we ask our guests to keep this in mind while attending The Talley's events and offer that visitors set aside a chat channel to filter out public chatter and 'Yell' chat to minimize discomfort. If there is someone who is attending that you, as a player, do not agree with, we recommend utilizing the blacklist feature in-game.
No unauthorized promotions for FC recruitment or unaffiliated events, streaming, etc. without expressed permission from the owner, Nico'to Taatalir.
No metagaming. Things that are discussed OOCly must remain OOC. Do not assume your character will know something. Please be mindful of IC/OOC separation.
IC DOES NOT EQUAL OOC. More in depth of the above, but you are not your character. Do not take OOC aggression out on someone ICly, do not bleed. There will be 0 tolerance on those who do not respect the line between OOC and IC interactions.
Guidelines
Though Tenebrous focuses on mature themes and represents a morally-grey standing, there is a standard of etiquette that must be upheld. This is to ensure that you and those around you have the best possible roleplay experience at our venue we can offer.
IN CHARACTER
In order to maintain its secrecy, members and allies of Tenebrous are forbidden from engaging in criminal activity during Talley's 'open hours'. Once the show is finished and the majority of guests have left, however, you are free to engage in such.

Discreet linkpearl usage is okay, but please take all private conversations outside.
The use of illegal substances on grounds is strictly prohibited by order of the Twin Adder. The Talley adheres to the laws for businesses to operate safely within The Black Shroud.
The use of weapons and magic is strictly prohibited on Talley grounds. You will be asked to surrender any weapons carried on your person before entering. You are free to collect them at your leisure upon leaving.
No violence, period. If you decide to break this lovely rule, you will have to meet some not-so-lovely individuals we hired before they were tried for war crimes.
